Whilst it is undoubtedly convenient to sit back and listen to your system in the luxury of your own dwelling, nothing quite beats getting out and listening to some live musical performances.

As an audiophile, listening to live music is a great leveler. Moreover, it can enhance the pleasure derived from listening to your system and, dare we say, also highlight shortcomings. So below are some of the venues that we frequent to get our live music fixes. Whilst we cannot record any of the events we will post reviews of live performances where appropriate.
